AT&T Admits Network Woes, Releases Mark The Spot App

It looks like AT&T has finally admitted what many of us have suspected for a long time–the network is not as great as they advertise.

AT&T has released a free app called Mark The Spot which users can show where their calls and data are failing, as well as how frequently it’s occuring.

This will hopefully be much more efficent than venting on Twitter (although I do have to say that their customer service on Twitter responds very quickly).

The only thing missing from this app is a speed test (like Speedtest has) as that would pinpoint the ACTUAL strength of the area (as shown below).
